Biographical Information

"Mr. James C. Temerty,C.M. serves as the President of Iroquois Falls Power Management Inc., and Northland Power Inc. Mr. Temerty serves as the President of Northland Power Income Fund's subsidiary, Iroquois Falls Power Corp. He is an Owner of Northland Power Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of NPIF Commercial Trust of Northland Power Income Fund from 2003 to February 14, 2007. Before founding Northland Power, he owned and operated the world's largest privately held chain of ComputerLand stores. He held numerous management positions during his 15 years at IBM in Canada and the United States. He has been Chairman and Trustee of NPIF Commercial Trust since 2003. He serves as Chairman of Northland Power Income Fund Management Inc. - Manager of Northland Power Income Fund. He serves as Chairman of Northland Power Inc. (Formerly Northland Power Income Fund) and has been its Trustee since 2003. He serves as the Chairman and Director of Northland Power Income Fund. He served as ­the Chairman of the Board of Ukraine Enterprise Corp. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Softchoice Corporation until December 31, 2006. He serves as Director of Northland Power Income Fund Management Inc., Manager of Northland Power Income Fund and Northland Power Inc. Mr. Temerty serves as a Director of OMERS Private Equity. He serves as a Director of UEC, Softchoice Oldco and Iroquois Falls Power Corp. He served as a Director of Softchoice Corporation from May 15, 2002 to December 31, 2006. He served as a Director of Ukraine Enterprise Corp. since September 1997. He serves on several advisory and charitable Boards, including the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, Sunnybrook Hospital Foundation and the Royal Ontario Museum Foundation." [1]
