Biographical Information
"James has extensive industry experience, having worked at Bunzl plc from 1995-1999 and the again from 2002 to 2009, latterly as Managing Director, Bunzl UK and Ireland; a business with sales of over £1bn in 2008. From 1999-2002, James was COO of EurotaxGlass's Holdings AG and has previously worked at McKinsey and Unilever. Over his career he has been involved in nineteen acquisitions, including family owned companies, private equity backed businesses and non-core operations of other corporations, with a particular emphasis on post-acquisition management and business development. He has a degree from Cambridge University and an MBA (with Distinction) from Harvard Business School." [1]
