Irene Rosenfeld is the CEO of Kraft Foods Inc. She had a total compensation of $19.3 million in 2010. Altria (formerly Philip Morris), spun off Kraft in 2007.

Background
In 2004, Rosenfeld was appointed Chairman and CEO of Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo. Rosenfeld was appointed CEO of Kraft Foods in June 2006. She was appointed to the additional post of Chairman in March 2007.[2]
