Initiatives of Change International (IofC) known as Moral Re-Armament from 1938 until 2001 is "a global network committed to building integrity and trust across the world’s divides," its website states. [1]

Based in Caux, Switzerland, it "is an NGO in Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations, and Participatory Status at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg. The association Initiatives of Change International is the legal and administrative body that federates the national bodies of Initiatives of Change and which seeks to make their experience and knowledge available to the United Nations and other international institutions," its website states. [2]

"Initiatives of Change began under the name the Oxford Group in the 1920s." The Oxford Group's founder was Frank Buchman. [3]

"Mohamed Sahnoun is its President, having taken over from Dr Cornelio Sommaruga on 1 January 2007." [1]
