Holly Propst is an energy lobbyist working for a lobby firm with offices in Colorado and Washington, DC called Policy Communications Inc.

At the same time Propst also holds positions at two energy industry astroturf organization. Propst is listed as the Director of Public Policy of a group called the Partnership for America, also known as Partnership for the West. She is also listed as a Director of Public Policy for the Western Business Roundtable.
