Henry C. (Jack) Roemer (R.J. Reynolds VP; Council for Tobacco Research Director): R.J. Reynolds in 1958. He served as Vice President & General Counsel of R.J. Reynolds Legal Dept. in 1970, Senior Vice President & General Counsel of their Legal Dept. 1972-1983, and retired in 1986. Board of Directors 1972-1983; as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary from 1982 to the present, as R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Secretary & Director 1958-1970; and as Vice President and General Counsel in 1970.
