Biographical Information
"Mr. Gregory Shenkman, Greg was a Global Partner of Investment Banking Group and served as a Managing Director of N M Rothschild & Sons Limited until July 2007 with responsibility for Japan and the Benelux countries. Mr. Shenkman has over 34 years of experience in investment banking including management, corporate finance, advisory, debt and equity capital markets and equity brokerage business. Mr. Shenkman served as the Head of Asian Investment Banking of N M Rothschild & Sons Limited from 2000 to mid 2004. He served as Consultant of Japan Residential Investment Co. Ltd. He served as Global Head of Privatization at Kleinwort Benson. He began a distinguished career in corporate finance with First Boston Europe, later moving to work for Orion Bank. He established and served as the Head of the Investment Banking Business in Japan of Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS) and later served as Head of Kleinwort Benson in Japan from 1990 to 2000. He has been Senior Independent Director at Martin Currie Pacific Trust plc since April 2011. He has been a Non Executive Director of Martin Currie Pacific Trust plc since August 1, 2007, Establishment Investment Trust Plc since August 2, 2011 and Japan Residential Investment Co. Ltd. since October 9, 2006." [1]
