Gray Loeffler, LLC. is a privately-held consulting and advisory firm to public and private clients in relation government practice. It is registered as a federal lobbying firm, as it represents clients before congressional representatives. It was formed from the merger of the Amani Group led by former Democrat William H. Gray III, as co-founder and its combination with former Republican Tom Loeffler and his associates. Tom Loeffler and some of the associates employed by Gray Loeffler worked for the 2008 election campaign of John McCain until Loeffler resignation from that campaign for questionable activities.
