Georgina Domberger nee Ponder "is Director of the Whitley Fund for Nature and runs one of the world’s largest international conservation award schemes, the Whitley Awards. A fellow of ZSL, she holds an MSc Conservation and has also worked in public relations and the UK biodiversity sector. Her grant giving experience focuses on Asia, Africa and South America." [1] Georgina holds a Masters in Conservation from University College London and joined WFN in July 2004 from London Wildlife Trust.
