Fundación Promocion e Investigacion de Productos Andinos (Fundación PROINPA, or the Foundation for the Promotion and Research of Andean Products) is "an organization working in the generation and dissemination of technology to promote agricultural innovation, achieving in this way meet the demands of farmers with limited resources."[1]
