Francis K. Decker Jr. worked for Mudge, Rose, Guthrie, Alexander & Ferdon, formerly of Webster & Sheffield. (PMI's Introduction to Privilege Log and Glossary of Names, Estate of Burl Butler v. PMI, et al, April 19, 1996) He was a defense attorney in the Castano case (C. Bertaut LT 5/19/94).
