E-community Networking Association (ECNA) "is a registered association in Victoria, concerned with fostering and supporting electronic community networking in Australia and elsewhere. Its members come from the networking community in Australia and other countries.
"An inaugural meeting for the Association was held at the Community Networking Conference in July 2002." [1]
