"Doug Holtby is Vice-Chairman and Lead Director of the Board of Goldcorp Inc. and formerly served on the Board of Directors of Wheaton River Minerals. Mr. Holtby has served as the chair of the audit committee of Goldcorp and Wheaton River from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Holtby is President and CEO of two private investment companies, Arbutus Road and MKC Capital. He was formerly President, CEO and Director of WIC Western International Communications Ltd., as well as, a Trustee/Director for ROB.TV and CKVU." [1]
