Diane E. Tate, is a specialist in water resource issues. Prior to joining CDR Associates, "she served as a water policy advisor to the U.S. Department of State. In this role, she developed partnerships and initiatives to advance access to water and sanitation in developing countries, and mitigate conflict over transboundary water resources. Her responsibilities included extensive coordination with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and other federal agencies. Working through USAID, Ms. Tate served as a key member of a team charged with assessing opportunities for support of local water infrastructure development through credit guarantees, including extensive interviews with financial institutions, international organizations, municipal authorities and bilateral development agencies. Ms. Tate joined the Department of State through the Presidential Management Fellows program." [1]
