Biographical Information
"David is senior fellow at the Garrison Institute, applying contemplative methods for professional advancement and social change. He studied Buddhism under Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and served as his private secretary for many years. He is a certified Focusing trainer and originated Deep Listening, combining Buddhist meditation and Focusing, in 2000. Prior to Garrison he worked at the Greyston Foundation, the Buddhist-inspired social action mandala in Yonkers, NY. He is the editor of several books of poetry by Chogyam Trungpa, including Timely Rain (Shambhala Publications)." [1]
