Cynthia A. Tucker

Bio note from 2003: "A Nieman Fellow at Harvard University, Tucker was the 2000 winner of the American Society of Newspaper Editors’ Distinguished Writing Award. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Women's Media Foundation, the National Association of Black Journalists, American Society of Newspaper Editors, the National Association of Minority Media Executives and the Council on Foreign Affairs." From 2007: "Tucker is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists, American Society of Newspaper Editors, the National Association of Minority Media Executives and the Council on Foreign Relations. She graduated from Auburn University in 1976 and was a Nieman Fellow at Harvard University in the 1988-89 academic year." [2]
