Curtin Winsor, Jr. is a former U.S. Ambassador to Costa Rica and a member of the board of directors of the Atlas Economic Research Foundation and the William H. Donner Foundation. He has also been the former Special Emissary to the Middle East for President-elect Ronald Reagan, and Manager for International Affairs of the Washington Office of Chase Manhattan Bank.

(A Curtin Winsor and Curtin Winsor III are on the board of governors of the Donner Canadian Foundation which was also founded by William H. Donner; presumably neither of these is Curtin Winsor, Jr.)
