Chris Roberts "is a geologist with over 30 years of experience, much of it in gold sector and initially with BHP. He is now a non-executive director of Perseverance Corporation Ltd where he was until recently Exploration and Development Director. He was responsible for the exploration success of the Fosterville Gold Mine growing the oxide and sulphide resource base at Fosterville from approximately 220,000 ounces in 1992 to in excess of 2,500,000 ounces today, including past production by Perseverance. Chris has also been a non-executive director of Plentex Limited, a Melbourne-based explorer currently enjoying success with its Georgetown Project in Far North Queensland. Chris was recently appointed to the JORC (Joint Ore Reserves Code) Committee." [1]
