Chris Lynch
Chris Lynch "became CEO of Transurban in April 2008. He joined the Group from one of the world’s largest resources and mining companies, BHP Billiton. He held a series of senior appointments there, including five years as Chief Financial Officer. His last position at BHP Billiton was Executive Director and Group President - Carbon Steel Materials. Prior to that time Chris spent most of his career with Alcoa Inc, where he served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer, CFO Europe, Managing Director of KAAL Australia Ltd and in financial leadership roles. He has experience in senior management with global corporations operating across multiple markets and in the development and operation of major projects with large up-front capital requirements. Chris is a Commissioner of the Australian Football League." [1]
