"This is a journal that looks at some of the political issues of the day. It is a monthly newsletter. It was launched in 1999 and has a circulation of around 500 copies. It is distributed to the Sudanese communities in Nairobi as well as embassies and donor agencies working in south Sudan. The co-editor is Atem Yaak Atem." [2]
