Democracy Manipulator is an organization seeking to influence political outcomes or process of another country by overt and covert means. The degree of manipulation ranges from a simple funding of political parties, organizing sectors of civil society (e.g., youth groups), coordinating propaganda campaigns, conducting electoral manipulations (e.g., creating the impression there was electoral fraud)… all the way to manipulating human rights reports on countries to tarnish the incumbent's reputation.
