"A Director of Brambles since 1 June 2006, Ms Kay is a director of Commonwealth Bank of Australia Limited, the Starlight Foundation and an External Board Member of Allens Arthur Robinson. She holds Bachelor Degrees in Law and Arts from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Management from the AGSM. Ms Kay has had extensive experience in international finance - at Morgan Stanley in London and Melbourne, JP Morgan in New York and Melbourne and Linklaters & Paines in London. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and was awarded a Centenary Medal for services to Australian society in business leadership."
