Carl J. Green ('82), "director of Asian Law and Policy Studies at the Georgetown University Law Center, lived in Japan for a total of nine years as a practicing attorney and as representative of the Ford Foundation. He has written and edited numerous publications on international trade and on Asian policy issues. He is president of the Japan-America Society of Washington and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations." [1]
