Campbell Soup Company, based in New Jersey, U.S., is the world's largest soup maker with a 70% share of the U.S. market. It also makes V8 juice, Pepperridge Farm cookies, Franco-American canned pasta, and Godiva chocolate. In Australia, it makes snack food and the popular "down-under" Arnott's biscuit brand. The company was started 1869 by Joseph Campbell and Abraham Anderson in Camden, New Jersey. In 1897, John T.
