Established in 1993 in NY and DE - Founded by Christy Mack and John J. Mack. John Mack is a Sr. Advisor. and former C.E.O. and Chairman of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Mack served as C.E.O. of Credit Suisse First Boston from 2001 to 2004. He also served as Co-C.E.O. of Credit Suisse Group. [1]
In 2004 they gave Duke University $10 million "to support a new facility dedicated to the emerging field of integrative medicine, Ralph Snyderman, M.D., chancellor for health affairs and president and CEO of the Duke Health System, announced Friday." [2] (Duke Integrative Medicine)
