Biographical Information
"Mr. Wardell is Chairman of Nuinsco Resources Ltd., a director of Katanga Mining Limited where he serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee, and is also a director of Elgin Mining Inc. (formerly Phoenix Coal, Inc.). Previously Mr. Wardell was CFO of Victory Nickel Inc. and was also an audit partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP." [1]
