Biographical Information

"Mr. William Colvin, Bill, A.C.A. served as the Chief Executive Officer of Southern Cross Healthcare Group plc from January 1, 2008 to October 8, 2008. Mr. Colvin served as the Chief Executive Officer of Nursing Home Properties plc (NHP PLC)) from November 20, 2000 to February 2005. Mr. Colvin has spent most of his career in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Colvin served as the Finance Director of British-Borneo Oil & Gas PLC from 1992 to 1999. Mr. Colvin served as Finance Manager of Oryx UK Energy from 1990 to 1992. He served as the Group Financial Controller of Thames Television plc From 1989 to 1990. He served as European Upstream Controller for Atlantic Richfield (ARCO) Inc. from 1984 to 1989. Mr. Colvin served in the audit department of Ernst & Young., from 1979 to 1984. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Southern Cross Healthcare Group plc since March 2005. Mr. Colvin served as the Chairman of the board of TBG Opco Limited and TBG Careco Holdings Limited since June 2005 following the acquisition of NHP plc (now known as NHP Limited). He served as the Chairman of the Board of CustomVis Plc. Mr. Colvin has been a Senior Non-executive Director of Sondex Ltd. since February 2003. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Infrastrata PLC since February 1, 2011. He has been an Additional Non-Executive Director of Gold Oil plc since January 2013. He has been an Independent Non-executive Director of Energy XXI (Bermuda) Limited since July 2005. He serves as a Director of Elizabeth Finn Homes Limited, Elizabeth Finn Care, Brigantes Energy Limited, S C Commerce Limited, Scottish Care, Oasis Dental Limited, Duke Street Capital Oasis Holdings Limited and Hangar Records (UK) Limited...He served as a Director of The West Hill Golf Club (1959) Limited. Mr. Colvin qualified as a Scottish Chartered Accountant in 1982 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Edinburgh."[1]
