B. Francis Saul, III Saul Centers, Inc.

"Mr. Saul has a varied background as a real estate development and financial management executive. Mr. Saul is currently President of Saul Centers, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange REIT. Saul Centers' real estate portfolio consists of community shopping centers and commercial office buildings. Mr. Saul is also President of the B. F. Saul Company, a private company specializing in commercial real estate investments, property management, real estate development, and insurance. Mr. Saul serves on the boards of directors of Chevy Chase Bank, Saul Centers, Inc., and the B. F. Saul Company. His professional affiliations include the Greater Washington Board of Trade, the Real Estate Roundtable, and the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Saul is active in the Washington, DC community. He is a member of the Executive Committee and past Chairman of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington. He serves on the Boards of Directors of the Children's National Medical Center, The Conservation Fund, and The Economic Club of Washington. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business. Mr. Saul resides with his family in Chevy Chase, Maryland." [1]
