Angus G. Cockburn

"Mr. Angus G. Cockburn has been the Chief Financial Officer of Serco Group plc since October 27, 2014. Mr. Cockburn served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Aggreko Plc from April 24, 2014 to September 30, 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Aggreko Plc until April 24, 2014. He served as Group Finance Director of Aggreko PLC since May 1, 2000. He served as Managing Director of Pringle of Scotland, a division of Dawson International PLC since 1997. He spent five years in various positions and latterly served as Regional Finance Director for Central Europe based in Budapest at PepsiCo Foods. He served with KPMG both in the UK and in the USA. He has been a Non-Executive Director at GKN plc since January 1, 2013. He has been a Director of Serco Group PLC since October 2014. Mr. Cockburn served as a Director of Aggreko plc. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Howden Joinery Group Plc. (formerly MFI Furniture Group plc) from October 16, 2006 to September 18, 2013. Mr. Cockburn is Chartered Accountant and qualified with KPMG Peat Marwick. He holds an MBA from the IMD Business School in Switzerland."
