American Bird Conservancy (ABC) "is a 501(c)(3), not-for profit organization whose mission is to conserve native wild birds and their habitats throughout the Americas." [1]

Suit against U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service over wind turbine permitting

As reported by Bonner R. Cohen of The Heartland Institute:

The American Bird Conservancy has filed a lawsuit against the federal government, charging the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service with “multiple violations of federal law” in granting wind turbine permits.[3]
