Biographical Information
"Jake comes to Crisis Action from the International Rescue Committee, where he led the IRC's refugee and IDP protection programming from Baghdad and served as an Advocacy Adviser on Iraq programs. He was previously the International Policy Fellow at Human Rights First in Washington. He holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from Rutgers University and a law degree from Georgetown University." [1]
