Biographical Information

Jack was appointed as non-executive director of MITIE "in June 2013. He has served as chairman and chief executive of a range of businesses. A serial entrepreneur, he previously founded and was CEO of companies in engineering, telecommunications and biotechnology. He has been an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and strategy consultant at Bain & Co. Jack is currently chairman of two businesses, Ilika plc and iQur, and a non-executive director of Laird plc. He is also Chairman of Southampton Asset Management and a Council Member of the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council." [1]
