Alexander Holtzman was Philip Morris Assistant General Counsel from 1975-85. He was PM counsel in 1964 with the law firm of Conboy Hewitt.[1]

Biography

Attorney Alexander Holtzman was sympathetic to positive directions for Philip Morris Corporation. He wanted to work with FDA to develop safer cigarettes.
