Biographical Information
"Matthew Hoey is an international security analyst who has written on topics such as nuclear forces, emerging technology and space warfare. He began his career with at the Institute for Defense and Disarmament Studies where he was senior research associate. His work has been featured by the Council on Foreign Relations and The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists. He has lectured at venues such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In 2009 he was accepted into the elite Singularity University program at the NASA Ames Research Center and has worked as a consultant to the US government." [1]
