Jerry Fullinwider is vice chairman of Hillwood International energy, an oil exploration and development firm that has operations in the Middle East, Russia, and the United States. Fullinwider was acknowledged at the privately held Koch seminar in June 2011 in Vail, Colorado for donating at least $1 million to Koch-related causes. ^[1]
