First Freedoms Foundation is a non-profit group that is coordinated by the Wisconsin Prosperity Network and tries to defend "historic constitutional liberties and principles in Wisconsin." Cain campaign manager Mark Block is the treasurer for the group. The group has opposed rights for same-sex couples in Wisconsin. [[Michael Dean], the incorporator of Prosperity USA, is the current leader of the foundation. [1]
