Wayne Niederhauser

Wayne L. Niederhauser is a state legislator in Utah.[1] He is a Republican who represents District 9 in the State Senate. He is the Majority Whip and serves on the following committees: Executive Appropriations Committee, Social Services Appropriations Subcommittee, Senate Education Committee, Senate Revenue and Taxation Committee, Education Interim Committee, Revenue and Taxation Interim, Legislative Management Committee, Senate Revenue and Taxation Confirmation Committee and the Health System Reform Task Force (Chair).
Niederhauser is the Utah Co-Chair of the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), as of 2011.[2]
