William Berry "is a retired oil and gas executive. He was formerly Executive Vice President of ConocoPhillips from 2003 to 2008. He also held senior executive positions with Phillips Petroleum Co. His career in the oil and gas industry began in 1976 and includes experience working in West Africa, the North Sea, Asia, Russia, the Caspian Sea and North America.
