Geoff Mulgan

Geoff Mulgan is the founder of Demos. In September 2003 he was appointed head of policy at No 10 in addition to his role as head of the Strategy Unit in the Cabinet Office. [1]
He is the Director of the Young Foundation.[2]
He has been
- Director of the performance and innovation unit at the UK Parliament
- a special advisor to Tony Blair. [3]
- a former special adviser to Gordon Brown[1]
- a poster on Opendemocracy [4]
- author of books like Politics in Anti-Political Age, Connexity: How to Live in a Connected World. [5]
