Hillel G. Fradkin, Ph.D., was President of the Ethics and Public Policy Center between 2001 and 2004. [1] He was also the director of "the Islam and American Democracy, Jewish Studies, and Foreign Policy programs."

Fradkin's "Professional Experience":

Fradkin earned his Ph.D. in Islamic and Jewish thought and history at the University of Chicago and his B.A. in government at Cornell University.
