Bob Helm is a lobbyist working for Northrop Grumman with the title Vice President of Government Relations. In the late '80s he was the Assistant Secretary of Defense for the U.S. government.[1]
In a review of Washington D.C.-based lobbysists The Hill wrote, "A former Senate Budget Committee staffer and Pentagon appointee, Helm has his hands full overseeing Northrop’s interests."[2]
