Dan Kramer

According to the company website, Kramer "served as the CEO of a statewide trade association representing energy producing and service companies operating throughout the western United States. In his capacity as chief advocate and spokesperson for the association, he provided strategic political counsel and testified frequently before Congress, the California State Legislature and in state, local and federal regulatory and administrative forums."
