In April 2004 the Austin Chronicle revealed that one of the creative strategies employed by Potomac is ghostwriting pro-nuclear op-ed columns on behalf of the Nuclear Energy Institute. [2]

  • Bill Perkins. A Texan and recovering journalist. Co-founded PCG in 1981. Focuses on strategic communications planning and positioning; our resident expert on movies (pre-1990). Past president of the National Brain Research Association.
  • Ellen Lepper. From Pennsylvania, via New York. Former educator and association manager of technical and environmental programs. Co-founded PCG in 1981. Focuses on strategic marketing programs and issues management with a special emphasis on energy efficiency. In her real life, a professional ballroom dancer.
  • Russ Dawson, Senior Vice Presidents: Former journalist, association communicator and government official; at EPA he served as Assistant for Communications to Administrator Lee Thomas and directed the agency's national strategic communications program; heads our environmental practice, including legislative and regulatory policy support campaigns and marketing communications.
  • Mimi Limbach, Senior Vice Presidents. A real corporate communications pro. In 25 years with Westinghouse, managed communications for everything from litigation to marketing and the merger with CBS. Was also VP of Communications for a major consulting firm. At PCG, counsels clients on marketing, positioning, public affairs and crisis communications. Works on international trade issues, close relationships with key media.
  • Leonard S. Greenberger Vice President: An Ohio native and long-time Washington resident. Covered energy issues as associate editor for Public Utilities Fortnightly.
