Stuart Butler

Stuart Butler is Vice President of Domestic and Economic Policy Studies at the Heritage Foundation, and has been described as the 'mastermind' of privatisation during the 1980s. His brother is Eamonn Butler of the Adam Smith Institute.

With the Heritage Foundation he has concentrated on policy issues such as the creations of 'enterprise zones' as a way of fostering economic development and health care policy.
