Philip Morris Government Affairs is the cigarette maker's federal lobbying department. Its stated mission is: "To achieve the most favorable legislative, political and regulatory federal govemment results for all components of our business, domestically and internationally, while affirmatively advancing the long-range goals of the company."[1]
