Thomas W. Fuller is a climate action skeptic who wrote a column on climate change for Philip Anschutz's Examiner.com until November 2010[1], co-authored the book Climategate: The Crutape Letters (self-published; createspace.com)[2] with Steven Mosher, was at one time a technology commentator for the International Herald Tribune's Italy Daily, "and consulted on green technology for the UK government".[3]

Fuller is not a scientist, and if he had a college degree in science circa 2010, it was not evident.
