Glenn Vaad is a state legislator in Colorado. He is a Republican who represents the District 48 in the State Assembly. He is also the Co-Chair of the Commerce, Insurance and Economic Development Task Force for the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC).[1]

About ALEC
ALEC is a corporate bill mill. It is not just a lobby or a front group; it is much more powerful than that.
