The idea to indict Bush, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Feith and others for their war crimes may seem fantastic now, but in 1985 who could have known that the corrupt Soviet leadership would be out of business merely six years later? We must begin our preparations and groundwork to bring President Bush and his cohorts to justice by a jury of their peers in a legal venue that does not rely upon the impeachment of one individual in this collective matter, and we must begin the preparations now. *This is a new page, just started 1/12 with much additional material to follow. The ''Roundtable on War Crimes'' is a collective work and not the writings of just one person and involves a signifcant number of scholars and experts on international and military law. It is an important discussion which will become increasingly important in the days and months ahead as we shall soon see.
**There were four Geneva conventions, since the Wiki is such a comprehensive guide regularly audited by esteemed researchers and scholars will leave it to others to reference the Geneva conventions; or failing same the author will address the matter as time allows. Many principles of the Geneva Conventions are well-known and should not put this article in dispute.
***The ''Roundtable on War Crimes'' is a significant work/event involving several distinguished contributors and legal scholars and it is believed that Boyle and Mandel will review these pages in the near future.
****I agree that some publishing here is commentary/ political in nature and can be modified/edited; as mentioned this is a new article.
