He served as an IPCC reviewer on Working Groups II [1] and III of AR4 [2] Labohm was a signatory to the 2006 open letter to Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper that recommended the government stall any action on climate policy because the "climate changes all the time due to natural causes."[3] He is listed on the "Scientific Advisory Board" as an "independent economist" for the International Climate Science Coalition [4]
