- Veronique de Rugy, Ph.D. -- co-founder of the Center for Freedom and Prosperity and the Center for Freedom and Prosperity Foundation. Dr. de Rugy is a senior research fellow at the Mercatus Center. She was previously a resident fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, a policy analyst at the Cato Institute, and a research fellow at the Atlas Economic Research Foundation.
- Dan Mitchell, Ph.D. -- co-founder of the Center for Freedom and Prosperity and the Center for Freedom and Prosperity Foundation. Dr. Mitchell serves as one of the Cato Institute's top experts on tax policy and the economy.
